Do I have to register online?
The most preferred way to register is online. Although you can always register in person at the convention, it is highly recommended you pre-register to avoid long lines and get your badges in the mail. Deadline for discounted pre-registration is at 11:59 PM EST, 2 WEEKS before the start of the convention. You will receive 15% discount if you register before the deadline.
What is covered in the Registration Fees?
Registration for the ICNA Convention gives you unlimited access to all main sessions, the Bazaar area, Youth Conference, Women’s Conference, and all parallel sessions.
Registration does NOT include meals, hotels, matrimonial registration, jump and fun kids rides, and basketball tournament.
How many family members can be included in Family Registration?
One family package allows six family members living in the same household. however if one house hold has more members, every additional member pays $20 – up to 4 additional family members are allowed.
What kind of food will be available?
Only Halal food will be available at the convention center. Meal tickets will be sold on site.There will also be halal fast food courts conveniently located through out the convention center.
Does the Convention Center have free Internet Access?
Yes! The convention center offers complimentary free WiFi access only in the designated area.
however this service is subject to change at any time without any notice.
Will Babysitting service be available?
Yes! The babysitting will be available at a nominal charge.
